Summary: A homicide investigation leads Fraser and Kowalski to a major arms smuggling operation masterminded by Fraser Sr. old adversary Hollaway Muldoon. As Fraser and Kowalski pursue the case, they come up against the Feds, accidentally blowing the cover of the real Ray Vecchio. They pursue the arms dealer where they trek acorss the dangerous ice fields to intercept an arms shipment. Joining forces with Frobisher's legendary northern detachment, Fraser and Kowalski take on the buyers - Cyrus Bolt and his revolutionary militia.
